SD-45 and CD-5 volunteers will be assisting at the MN Republican Party booth, located near the intersection of Carnes Ave. and Underwood Street (next to Ye Old Mill).

The Minnesota State Fair runs from Thursday, August 27 to Labor Day.

The Fifth Congressional District will man the MN GOP Booth opening day, Thursday, August 27 and on "Metro Day", Friday, August 29, 2008.

You won't need to stay the whole day, and there are four shifts: 9am to noon, noon to 3 pm, 3pm to 6 pm, 6 pm to 9 pm. Please arrive early and stay the whole shift. If you wish to help and are available for only part of a shift, please let me know your schedule, we are pleased to have your participation.

Thank you so much for your help this year, in advance, and everybody's help last year that made things a success. It'll be fun again this year.

Upon completion of each shift, the State Party will reimburse each volunteer for the advance ticket rate of $8.00.
